The phase transition temperature, polarization and susceptibility of a ferroelectric superlattice with two alternating layers have been studied using the transverse Ising model based on the effective‐field theory with the differential technique. The effects of the transverse field and the ferroelectric or antiferroelectric interfacial coupling strength between two ferroelectric materials on the physical properties of superlattices are discussed in detail.
