From the experimental measurements of Curie temperature using a theory of ferroelectric transition, LiTaO 3 and LiNbO 3 solid solutions have been investigated. A comparison between the lithium tantalate and lithium niobate is given. (© 2003 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
