The relative pressure coefficients across the (Al x Ga 1– x ) 0.5 In 0.5 P alloy range are accurately reported for the first time as a function of the aluminium content. Low temperature continuous‐wave photoluminescence (CWPL) at hydrostatic pressures up to 30 kbar was used on a specially designed sample.
