Luminescence decay and delayed spectra of single crystals have been measured under 15 keV electron pulse excitation. Significant differences in the spectral decay for temperatures below and above Debye temperature are observed. For low temperatures ( T < θ D ) the delayed spectra show a pronounced red shift during decay. The results are discussed in the model of the “small polaron”.
