Galvano‐Thermo Magnetic Transport Coefficients in n‐InSb at Low Temperatures

GTMTC have been calculated in n‐InSb using Kane's model and the ionized impurity scattering at low temperatures (20 to 90 °K). The theoretical results have been compared with the corresponding experimental data; it is seen that the theoretical results agree satisfactorily with the experimental values at low magnetic fields.
