Belyaev's equations are generalized for the case of a non‐ideal gas of excitons interacting with the phonons in the crystal at T = 0. In the first approximation of the perturbation theory the energetic spectrum of the elementary excitations is received. The change of sound velocity in some crystals is calculated for different assumptions with reference to the constants of exciton‐exciton and exciton‐phonon interactions.
