An investigation is made of resistivity, Hall effect, and piezoresistance of n‐type GaSb–InSb mixed single crystals with 0 to 6 at% InSb. We show that a) two conduction bands contribute to conduction; b) the deformation potential Ξ u and the rate of change of Δ E referred to the volume, dΔ E /d In V , decrease when the InSb concentration increases.
