On the Theory of Thermogalvanomagnetic Phenomena in Semiconductors at High Magnetic Fields

The transverse charge and heat flows of conduction electrons interacting with optical phonons at high magnetic fields are calculated. Explicit expressions for the diagonal elements of transport coefficients are derived taking into account the two‐stage mechanism of electron‐phonon scattering at low temperatures. The temperature and field dependences of these coefficients are obtained for the various cases.
