The anisotropy of the electroconductivity of p‐ and n‐type CdSb single crystals is investigated by a modified four‐probe method in the temperature range 5 to 500°K. In the interpretation of the experimental data obtained the energetic model proposed by Tovstyuk with three nonequivalent valence band maxima in the Γ point of the Brillouin zone and nonequivalent minima of the conduction band on the axes Σ, Δ, and Λ is used.
