Our model for critical magnetic relaxation [1, 7] is extended to the case when the static critical exponent η is not zero. It is applied to the derivation of dynamical scaling laws from weak assumptions. The dynamical critical exponent is found to depend on η in ferromagnets, but not in antiferromagnets.
