Components of the thermomagnetic tensor for arbitrary orientation of the magnetic field H and any crystallographic structure are analysed, and the case of weak magnetic fields is examined. Tensor components are arranged as powers of the magnetic field up to and including third order terms. Non‐zero expansion coefficients, and the relations between them, are tabulated.
