A series of solid solutions of ferroelectric TGS and TGFBe single‐crystals are prepared by crystallization from aqueous solutions. This procedure allows the phase transition from the ferroelectric to the paraelectric state to be varied in the temperature range 48.5 to 70°C. The temperature of the phase transition is not a linear function of the composition of the mixed single‐crystals. The temperature dependence of the permittivity of solid solutions of all concentrations obeys the Curie‐Weiss law.
