Some features of the mechanism of inhomogeneous rotation in thin permalloy films, reversed by pulse fields are investigated: switching coefficient, threshold fields, parameters of transitions to fast magnetic reversal. The behaviour of the films are also investigated for fields applied along the “hard” axis. The results are compared with static parameters of thin films: anisotropy field, angular dispersion and domain structure.
