Photocurrent Generation Mechanisms The photocurrent generation mechanism of black phosphorus (BP) reveals a lower barrier height for Mo contacted BP compared to an MoS 2 absorber with a similar architecture. Through the temperature‐dependent analysis of the optoelectronic response, the photobolometric effect is dominant in BP at higher temperatures.
