Grain Boundaries In this work, ordered structures induced by substitutional Cu segregation at the Al alloy 7075 grain boundaries are investigated using aberration‐corrected STEM‐HAADF imaging and spectroscopy (EDS and EELS) techniques. Parallel array Cu grain boundary segregation behaviour is presented in atomic scale for the first time.
