In this paper, the BaONd 2 O 3 TiO 2 (BNT) ceramics are synthesized at low temperature with the assistance of Li 2 OB 2 O 3 SiO 2 (LBS) and BaOZnOB 2 O 3 (BZB) glasses. The influences of glasses on the sintering behavior, phase composition, microstructure, activation energy ( E a ) on the BNT ceramics are studied in detail. The results show that a new phase, Ba 2 LiB 5 O 10 , is formed from the chemical reaction between LBS and BZB glasses. The sintering temperature of BNT ceramics can be effectively reduced by 450 °C due to the synergetic effect of LBS and BZB glasses and the appearance of Ba 2 LiB 5 O 10 phase.
