Printing of transparent inorganic semiconducting thin films on flexible substrates represents an on‐going challenge in printed electronics. Single source molecular precursors are valuable compounds for processing a variety of inorganic thin films on flexible substrates. This approach offers a future perspective for obtaining functional thin films in printed electronic device structures. The cover image of the invited article by Jörg J. Schneider and coworkers (p. 1590) shows white light interferometry images of different surface textures of ink‐jet printed ZnO thin films on polymer substrates together with a typical transistor performance of a printed ZnO film.
