High pressure is a powerful tool in the development of new advanced compounds as it is thermodynamically favorable in the formation of highly compacted advanced materials like perovskite‐type crystals. In particular, the compounds of correlated electron systems containing transition metals have attracted growing research interest because they manifest profound physical functions for a number of potential applications. This paper will introduce our recent work on the high‐pressure synthesis and properties of a correlated electron system with novel properties.
