Diabetes is a complex disease and patients often require multiple therapies to control the condition. For some patients, the prospect of taking several different drugs can be daunting, especially if they are already taking medications for other conditions. This Expert Panel Discussion considers which patients could benefit from taking drugs in a combined formulation, at what stage combined formulations should be used and what combined formulations are available.
