This article provides a summary of the recent NICE recommendations on the use of cannabis‐based medicinal products (CBMPs) in the treatment of epilepsy, spasticity, pain, and nausea and vomiting. It also discusses the guidance on cannabidiol (Epidyolex) plus clobazam for the treatment of Dravet syndrome and Lennox‐Gastaut syndrome, two rare forms of epilepsy.
