We study the role of entanglement in weak force detection. We consider massive probes, experiencing a weak force, monitored through optical meters which may be entangled. We reduce the problem of force detection to quantum binary decision. Entanglement is shown to be useful in such a kind of detection. The sensitivity limits are then discussed.
