The main characteristics of BrS are the peculiar ECG pattern. The study suggests a cooperative activity of mutated genes, deregulated miRNAs and proteins in orchestrating transcriptional and post‐translational events concurring in the development of the Brugada cardiac phenotype. The image summarizes the integration of “‐omics” approaches (genomic, mirnomic and proteomic) in “codifying” the peculiar ECG pattern of Brugada syndrome.
