Summary We herein report a case of antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) primarily presenting with asthma‐like symptoms that had been misdiagnosed as severe asthma. Patients presenting with severe asthma symptoms along with systemic thrombosis should be systematically evaluated for APS. Pediatr Pulmonol. 2015; 50:E1–E4. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
