In article number 1800370 , Xuexin Duan and co‐workers develop a multimode biosensing system integrating acoustic and electric biosensors, and demonstrate the capability for real‐time monitoring of different types of nanoparticles interaction with lipid membranes and their translocation process. Benefitting from the advantages of multimode sensing, mass loading, mechanical and electrical information of the bilayers can be obtained simultaneously to provide comprehensive information of membrane adsorption, penetration and disruption and enable deep understanding of nanoparticles translocation behaviors.
