Shape‐controlled periodic metallic nanostructures have been developed via angle‐resolved nanosphere lithography. The intercrossed nanowire arrays exhibit superior transmittance over the whole spectral range as well as good conductivity, demonstrating a new approach to address the transmittance limitation of spherical apertures prepared by traditional nanosphere lithography.
