A multitargeting drug delivery system based on micelles modified with urokinase‐type plasminogen activator‐sensitive activated cell‐penetrating peptides (uPA‐ACPP) for the treatment of brain glioma is first developed. Compared with the conventional polyethylene glycol‐poly(lactic acid) nanoparticles, smaller size, higher drug loading of micelles are more suitable for brain tumor treatment under the action of uPA‐sensitive ACPP.
