Pomegranate‐structured composite microspheres composed of core mesoporous silica nanoparticles capped by a poly( l ‐lactide) shell are prepared via one‐step electrospraying, which releases encapsulated model anti‐inflammatory drugs for up to 70 d and inhibits proliferation against macrophages over the long release period.
