The ZIF‐67 rhombic dodecahedral microcrystals with porous {110} facets are presented as a new kind of effective electrocatalysts in sensing glutathione. The sensor shows a high sensitivity, low detection limitation (0.125 μM), and good linear dependence (0.125–400 μM with R = 0.9990).
