Marks‐decahedral Pd nanoparticles have been synthesized by using the hydroxyl end group of poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) to reduce PdCl2 in water. The morphology of particles can be controlled by adjusting the mass ratio of the salt precursor to PVP.
