Front Cover: A large area gas‐liquid diffuse discharge driven by bipolar nanosecond pulse with small flow rate of helium as working gas is presented. Stabile and visually uniform room temperature plasma can be generated by dielectricfree electrode configuration. The plasma is suitable for continuous sterilization of city sewage with high efficiency, and the optimal value of gas flow rate is 5 mL min •1 .
