Front Cover: The regime of plasma polymerization can be described by the evaluation of the mass deposition rates depending on the specific energy delivered to the active plasma zone. Thus, plasma reactors with well defined geometries support this macroscopic approach, which was found to hold also for gas mixtures of polymerizable and non‐polymerizable gases. Further details can be found in the Full Paper by D. Hegemann, * and M.‐M. Hossain on page 554.
