The research by Ippel et al. reported on page 1725 describes the modular functionalization of a supramolecular elastomeric biomaterial with both bisurea‐peptide and antifouling bisurea additives in a combinatorial fashion. Detailed investigation of the surface properties is correlated to the adhesion of endothelial and smooth muscle cells. The cover image features several atomic force microscopy images of supramolecular material mixtures, highlighting the different surface morphologies, and fluorescence microscopy images of endothelial and smooth muscle cells cultured on these materials.
