In their work reported on page 621, Kalliopi Miliou and colleagues study the complexation and kinetics of a single polyelectrolyte micelle with oppositely charged brushes. It is found that the micelles perform a directed motion along the axis normal to the grafted surface, but their movement is restricted to a circular motion on the other two axes. As the brush grafting density increases, the number of absorbed brushes on the micelle corona monotonically increases. This work could be of fundamental importance in various scientific fields such as the design of artificial enzymes. (DOI: 10.1002/polb.24818 )
