Polypropylene crystallizes as stacks composed of several‐ to ten‐odd parallel oriented lamellae. On page 531 (DOI: 10.1002/polb.23911 ), Artur Rozanski, Artur Krajenta, Rafal Idczak, and Andrzej Galeski discuss the influence of the average free volume of the pores in the interlamellar amorphous phase on the intensity of cavitation during uniaxial stretching, analysed with the use of TEM, PALS, and SAXS techniques. Additionally, a method enabling the specification of the effective content of the external penetrator in interlamellar regions (inside the single lamellae stack) based on PALS measurements and the observed change of the value of the long period is presented.
