Water‐soluble fluorescent organic nanodots with narrowly distributed size are synthesized by using self‐assembled block copolymers of poly(ethylene oxide)‐ b ‐poly(styrene‐ co ‐acrylonitrile) as templates and precursors in a scalable method.
