Hydrolytically degradable PEG‐like polymers were prepared using oxime and/or imine chemistry. Polymers based on oxime linkages show higher stability than imine‐based polymers. By blending the oxime and imine bonds, polymers with tuneable, two‐stage degradation profiles could be prepared. Finally, end functional bioconjugates are prepared using unreacted hydroxylamine end groups.
