Research suggests there could be an increase in the number of COVID‐19‐related psychosis episodes during the pandemic outbreak. This case series outlines the clinical presentation of first‐onset psychosis in three older adults and their treatment in the 30 days following their initial admission. The authors postulate that these COVID‐19‐related psychoses are qualitatively different to psychoses prior to the COVID‐19 pandemic.
