Patients with psychosis are a particularly vulnerable group where the widespread, unpredictable changes in the COVID‐19 situation surrounding the pandemic and subsequent lockdown are very likely to have a significant impact. Here, the authors discuss a number of patients who presented to the early intervention in psychosis team and included COVID‐19 in their psychopathology. They also consider the main clinical patterns and management messages.
