DOI: 10.1002/pmic.202000068 The cover art shows protein intensities across different biological samples with differentially expressed proteins present. One of those proteins, which is depicted in red, happens to be highest across all samples. The introduced tail‐robust quantile normalization – contrary to the classical quantile normalization – preserves the biological signal of this rank‐invariant protein, while also showing a higher robustness against missing values. More details can be found in article number 2000068 by Eva Brombacher et al.
