DOI: 10.1002/pmic.201900327 Schematic representation of the temporal dynamics of phosphoproteome changes upon human adenovirus type 2 (Ad2) infection. Quantitative data from 1552 phosphorylated sites cluster the highly altered phosphorylated sites to the specified pathways. The changes in abundance of the phosphosites are followed in a time course and the activation is especially pronounced at early time post‐infection.
