DOI: 10.1002/pmic.201900009 In article number 1900009, Fei‐Long Yu et al. provide a comprehensive proteomics analysis of mature extracellular and intracellular Pseudorabies virus (PRV) virions based on a virion purification strategy. PRV virions are isolated from infected culture cells through a flow cytometry sorting‐based method, and the extracellular and intracellular PRV proteomes are characterized and compared. The cover depicts a dual fluorescent image showing Pseudorabies viruses (PRV) with tags on the envelope glycoprotein M‐GFP and the capsid protein VP26‐RFP.
