DOI: 10.1002/pmic.201700213 In article number 1700213, Dandan Jiang et al. describe the design and application of an on‐chip system coupled magnetic solid phase extraction with MALDI‐TOF MS. A metal oxide affinity chromatography material, indium oxide, was coated on the surface of Fe 3 O 4 magnetic nanoparticles to prepare the adsorbent. The developed approach was successfully applied to analyze phosphopeptides in standard protein digests, non‐fat milk digests, and human serum.
