DOI: 10.1002/pmic.201600371 The cover highlights protein‐protein interaction network that are enriched in exosomes that are secreted by PI3K/Akt signaling activated colorectal cancer cells. Stimulating colorectal cancer cells with insulin resulted in alteration of the proteomic cargo of exosomes. Network analysis highlighted the enrichment of proteins implicated in cell proliferation in exosomes secreted by cells stimulated with insulin.
