In emulsion‐based synthesis of poly(lactide‐ co ‐glycolide) nanoparticles, different mixtures of poly(vinyl alcohol) ( PVA ) and a novel surfactant (amino‐ PVA ) were investigated to obtain cytocompatible nanoparticles with good degradability, tunable size and endosomal escape potential.
