The incorporation of poly(aminopropyl/phenylsilsesquioxane) ( PAPSQ ) into chitosan gave membranes exhibiting high thermal stability and tunable swelling property, and that were good templates for loading of 5‐fluorouracil (5‐ FU ) and production of Ag nanoparticles around PAPSQ .
