This supramolecular bott le‐brush structure was obtained through a novel approach of assembled of P‐cyclodextrin and adamantane. The obtained bottle‐brush polymer has chitosan as backbone chain and poly(ethy1ene glycol) as side chains. It might be used to realize the biomimetic structure of the articular cartilage proteoglycan
