Low‐molecular‐weight poly(3‐hydroxybutyrate) ( PHB ) disperses randomly into poly( l ‐lactic acid) ( PLLA ) matrix. High‐molecular‐weight PHB and PLLA are immiscible, and consequently there is an interface layer between PLLA and PHB domains.
