CleanWeld is a unique combination of fiber laser innovation, beam delivery, and process knowledge, which improves part quality, increases throughput, and lowers process costs. It optimizes welding processes to weld zero‐gap galvanized steel, (high‐strengthened) stainless steel, copper, and aluminum with up to 80 % less spatter, lower porosity, and no cracking. In certain welding processes it allows best performance with up to 40 % less laser power.
