Floating down the Ottawa river, a red maple leaf is seen from above patterned with Canuck‐designed artificial amino acids. The scene is evocative of both the Canadian flag and a major histocompatibility complex receptor with alpha‐helices in the maple forest bracketing a central ligand incorporating unnatural residues, presented on the white flow of beta‐ribbons.
