What's Already Known About This Topic? Situs is ideally assessed by the assessment of the atrial appendages. But, prenatally, this remains very difficult. Fetal situs is usually considered indirectly by the assessment of the abdominal aorta and the inferior vena cava. What Does This Study Add? This study described a method allowing us to distinguish prenatally the fetal situs in the setting of fetal heterotaxia by considering the features of the mainstem bronchi.
